The room was big and modern even though it looks like it hasn't been taken good care of (stained walls, paints falling off and kept together with tape).
The balcony was a lovely plus.

Frau Mruczinski, the owner, who also takes care of the whole pension is a treasure. The breakfast is great. Big garden area. Great location, the city is a 10 minute walk, but if you plan to hike in the forest, it's also very close.

Great location, walking distance from main touristic sites (Liszt Haus and Park, city center, etc). Came by train, so I cannot comment on parking. The hauptbahnhof is approximately 25 minutes walk from the hotel. I only have good things to say about the hotel.
