The guesthouse is in a perfect location, close to the highway, Vitra Campus and Basel and has a convenient parking space. Our room was spacious and bright and we appreciated the comfy bed and the tea/coffee corner. The host is relaxed and welcoming and made us feel at home. We have bookmarked this guesthouse for future trips in the area!
We booked the hotel for one night to be near a local attraction. The hotel is in a quiet location with excellent facilites and a very helpful and accommodating host. Bed and pillow were comfortable, room was modern and clean and breakfast was very good with freshly cooked hot foods on request. Free parking on site made it very easy. Our host sourced and booked a restaurant for dinner and provided much appreciated advice on parking at our museum destination.
Location was easy to find, along busy main road, with free parking a short distance away on a quiet side street. Host was friendly & spoke adequate English. Room was small but adequate for requirements. Handful of nearby restaurants. Decent value compared with the local area but quite expensive for what it was. wifi worked fine, didn't try streaming. Good quality toilet paper. Breakfast wasn't provided but fruit was available.
Lovely hotel with great restaurant, excellent food and a superb host and staff. We were met by the owner who gave us a really warm welcome and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location for the Vitra Museum and has a direct tram link into Basel.
Helpful, welcoming host. A great, modern room in a well restored 500 year old building. Very convenient quiet location for our visit to the Vitra Design Museum. Walking distance to a large supermarket. Excellent in house restaurant (sadly only open Wednesday too Saturday) had friendly staff and a very wide selection of Rosti (best I've ever had!), wine and beer.Choice of cellar or open air seating. Good car park.

Goethe apartments has a great location near Basel in the three countries region. The apartment was easy to find and to access. It had all the space we needed and had an up to date interior. The room has a kitchen which we found an advantage. The night was quiet. Temperature could be adjusted. Bathroom and shower excellent, with added fragrance.
The hotel is right next to the boarder (on German side) and to the tram with which you quickly get to the Basel city center. There is a 24/7 self-check-in. Seeing us late at night with small children, the friendly staff quickly checked us in. The room was simple, clean and quiet.
Everything was perfect. Host was very nice and kind, gave us many good advices. Apartment was great, had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Locality is excellent. Quiet place, next door very good Italian restaurant, very close to Bakery and Supermarket. Good parking at the apartment and if you want a bus to Basel, there is a bus stop just in front of the house. Heating just as needed, nice terrace outside. I recommend anytime!
QUIET HOTEL WITH BIG PARKING LOT, RESTAURANT. We arrived late at night for an early starting next day. The hotel was outside Basel city center, like in an industrial park, but it was easy to arrive and quiet place. Parking lot is very big and with enough spaces for everybody. The room was ok, but its bathroom outdated with a noisy air extractor. Bedsheets were very clean, and the plus was its restaurant with Mexican touch and excellent staff! Very nice paints exhibit
