The location was quiet, and not far from the city centre by car. The house was very confortable, even if it was a bit small for 3 people. But everything was perfect, thank you !!
Very clean up-to date spacious hotel with some character. Covered area outside to relax or smoke. Helpful host with good English. Quiet area with at least two good restaurants within five minutes walk. Parking not a problem on road, possibility of off road parking.

The owner provided a comprehensive run down of where everything was and how it worked upon arrival, helping us to make full use of the facilities provided. The off street parking made things much easier than previous stays at other properties.
Location was very quiet however still provided easy access to the city centre and the museum.
Lovely decor and very thoughtful fit out comfortably provided for all our needs during our stay.

Excellent location on a quiet small street but still a few walking minutes away from the city centre where you could find several good cafees, bars and restaurants.
Both the river Rhine and the Speyer Technical Museum are also located fairly close to the hotel ... about 15-20 minutes walking time.
Its location to the city centre. The surrounding area was quiet in general. We had the top apartment and so had good views all around. The apartment was spacious for 7 guests. The kichen was well equipped and the bathrooms were spacious and tidy.
It had a great location, both to the city center as well as the Technikmuseum. Breakfast was very good, with a large selection.
