I arrived late but the manager sorted me out. I left early to go hiking so didn't participate in the breakfast but the place was well located for coming off the train and close to the ferry. Cheers

our host Robin had amazing energy and made us feel at home after a long day on the road. the location is beautiful with plenty of hiking trails within minutes. breakfast was a community affair and there were many great conversations. sad we only stayed one night, but would love to return and stay longer.

Great place overall. Very nice location along the river below the park. The highlight was the warm and welcoming owner and the lovingly set up breakfast room. Excellent food and lots of nice choices. No detail was missed and it made for a special start to the day.

Lovely little place! It was easy to check in & out, the room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was included and it was great - we enjoyed so much! A small lounge area was fun to drop by to get a tea/coffee as well.

This is an exceptional gem; clean, cosy, quiet and equipped with all necessary amenities. 12 points in the Eurovision scale. Great hospitality and detailed explanations from the host, including the tourist card for a couple of euros that gives you free ride on all means of local transport. Next to a small stream and nice walking ways. One bus stop just at the doorway, railway stop ~7 minutes walk and another bus stop ~10 minutes.
It was a very nice stay in this appartment, very well located (close to the town center, but also to the train station and Lidl :) ), clean and also quite well equipped.
Own parking place was very good to have, we are grateful also for allowing our dog to stay.

A wonderful place and wonderful hosts. We spent a few days in Saxony with a group of friends, staying at the Hotel Brückenschänke in Sebnitz. Thanks to Barbara and Andreas, the owners of the hotel, we felt like family. Comfortable for two people. We were surprised by how ready it was in terms of amenities. You get a pretty functional kitchen. Host was responsive and all instructions are clear. And the price was definitely worth it for two nights. Its location is relatively okay. By train It's around 30-mins to Bad Schandau which is the main hub to commute to most of the famous trails there. Trains run every two hours tho, so consider your timings accordingly.
I highly recommend this place. the apartment is clean, really tidy and has a very well-equipped kitchen. very large comfortable bed. the advantage is that it is an apartment and not a hotel room, so it is quiet, you cannot hear other guests. 2 minutes to the bus stop (we got a discount on public transport in the apartment) and the owner speaks English, which is very helpful. additionally, a sauna - it's a great atmosphere! :)
Amazing place to stay in Saxon Switzerland - we travelled as 5 person family and the house was a great place to accommodate us all. It has everything that's needed and is well furnished.
