The staff were great- very attentive and friendly. However, cleanliness was poor, with rust, dirt and torn bedsheets.
The hot water didn’t work well either.
On the bright side, the location was great, it’s pet-friendly (but you need to inform it on your reservation) and the breakfast was simple but good. Dinner was hit or miss - the soup was great, but the rest wasn’t as good.

I was positively surprised by the accommodation. It is located in the heart of the beautiful town. the check-in in the restaurant was friendly and I got all needed information. The room was clean and new, the location of the shower is a bit unusual but fully ok. A supermarket is just 5 minutes away. Enough sockets by the bed, all has worked properly. I can recommend this guest house.

Very nice host. We arrived late and she left the key for us. Free parking is right in front of the house. The room is spacious and comfortable. Big bathroom as well. The farm produced juice and jam at breakfast are lovely.

The house is located in the middle of a small mountain and the location is amazing for a quite getaway from the busy life of city. The apartment is equip with everything you need for an vacation. The host are helpful, as we reached quite late than the check-in time but still could do it with ease.
Disclaimer: I cannot judge every single room in the property, so below are my experience with the family suit which I found mindblowing. All utilities are as good as new and extremely clean. Nice furniture, good shower and comfy beds. Spatious. Quiet (september). Parking space 15m away.
Great location on the outskirts of the town with lovely views and access to the forest. There is a friendly and helpful lady called Jeanette who meets you on arrival and shows you around the park. There is free dedicated parking on site. Apartment was well equipped and quiet.
It was a quiet and peaceful area, but near to all the lovely places in the Schwarzwald. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and neat. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We could park right in front of the apartment.

Friendly host, underground parking, everything was very clean and there is a lot of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. The view from the apartment terrace is very nice. Location is quiet and no so touristy as Triberg.
