There is a nice lare close by, the Schloßsee which is perfect for swimming and just spending time in the nature. There is a pizzeria close by if you're hungry.
Extremely friendly hosts, the apartment is very spacious and very well done with care taken to the minutest details. The Bodensee is about 15-20 minutes drive from the apartment. The area is residential, with many bakeries close by. So if you really want some solitude and tranquility I definitely do recommend :)
House was in a peaceful area. Friendly hosts. Nice outside area. Good accessibility to explore the area - we enjoyed cable car up Pfander, Schlosss Neuschanstein and Rhine Falls for longer trips. Also, Schlosssee, Meersburg and Uberlingen for local outings
Very nice and cozy apartment in a quiet residential area not far from Bodensee. Fully equipped, with access to small garden. Host is friendly and forthcoming and speaks excellent English. We particularly enjoyed the Schlossee relax centre nearby (in Salem). Overall fantastic price-value accodommation.

Not only the place itself, the peace and quiet, but also the exceptionally considerate and hospitable personality of our hosts added a lot to our holiday. The breakfast was fantastic and every detail of our accommodation was made with meticulous care and attention. We also got a study room, which was a real surprise. Everything was immaculately clean and we could feel in every detail how carefully the hosting couple developed this accommodation.
