Honestly, everything was great. One thing I noticed (and smelled) immediately is that everything was very clean. The bathroom especially. The room I got was very pretty. I got a single bed but it's kind of a bigger single bed and doesn't have these "sleeping in your old kid's room" vibes. So you have enough space on the bed!
The location is amazing. Right in the heart of the city, everything is close by.
The pension has this slightly traditional, older style matching all the buildings around it. It's very cozy.
For the price of the rooms I can't really complain.

Small but clean, functional and comfortable room. Very kind and welcoming host/staff. Breakfast was amazing and just the right quantities! The Greek restaurant on the ground floor serves amazing food in the evening.
The communication with the host was at all times flawless, fast and very very friendly. I loved the extra care and touch, on our last evening, which was the 26th of Dec, she put two chocolate santa claus in front of our door with a hand written card! Very sweet. She let us stay a little longer than we expected and overall everything was perfect!
