Very good location for both private and work travel - near the aiport and close to two metro stations with easy access to the central part of the city and the Old town.

The staff was also very helpful and the communication with them was very smooth even though with messages - we needed an invoice for the stay and it was expecting us in the room when we arrived; they also arranged a taxi for us as we had to leave early in the morning for the airport.

Location excellent. Hotel was clean, bed comfy and the shower was very good. We could see the Christmas market from our window too which was a bonus. Restaurants, bars and shops right on the doorstep. Journey from airport took 25 minutes and the hotel was a 2 minute walk from the drop off point.

It fit the purpose of our stay. We just needed to stay there to go to the airport early in the morning. The room was big and clean. The bathroom as well. It was also quiet and there was parking right infront of the Hotel.
Great location with only a short walk into the centre of town. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops ,bakeries and good supermarkets within a 5 minute stroll. The residential road is very quiet with no through traffic and the included on site parking is a real bonus so close to the centre . Very easy to find but only 10 minutes from the 3 and 44 Autobahns. Perfect for our visit meeting friends and wandering around the excellent Saturday market.
The electronic check in was simple even for a couple of oldies and very efficiently managed too.
The property was very comfortable, clean and quiet. There was a private entrance which was great, plenty of space and a very comfortable bed. The location made it easy to get around and access grocery stores, shops and major roads. The hosts were friendly and accommodating.
We’re travelling with a group of choir children. The fact that Under 18 stays for free made this 4 star hotel cheaper than a Youth Hostel!

Great value for money, quiet place near city centre, close to business district, comfortable bed, lobby with plenty of drinks and snacks to buy at reasonable prices, great breakfast box.
I was only one person so the room was small but it's adequately enough for my single stay. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and useful. The qty of charger point, laptop area and free Wifi is quite good. Close to city centre which is good for the one expecting a little sideview. Also, when you cross the street, you could find a cheap market which means you could reach anything you want easily.
Very convenient location next to Ratingen city centre and Ratingen Mitte Bus/Tram station. Very friendly staff. Room is clean, quiet, comfortable and equipped with Air Conditioning. Good quality breakfast. This nice hotel feels like home!
