Surrounded by Rheingau’s vineyards and fields, this quietguest house in Oestrich-Winkel is a 30-minute drive from Mainz. It offers free Wi-Fi, a restaurant and country-style rooms with satellite TV.

We spent one night in this hotel. The location was really nice, in the middle of a park, so very quiet. We enjoyed the refined decoration and the beautiful new spa. The nearby Biergarten was really a good surprise to have a quick and cheap meal. The parking lot directly in front of the hotel was full but we easily found a free spot a hundred of meters further.
The hotel is nice and quiet, located close to the Rhine River and the marina port of Mainz. It's about 2 km away from city center but public transport is very good in the area, so it takes about 15 minutes to go to the main attractions from city center.

The hotel is just opposite the train station, so extremely convenient when you're flying in via Frankfurt, connect to the train and get there. No need for a taxi. The room was clean and rather quiet, on the 6th floor (elevator only goes onto the 5th floor). Cheap.
Hotel Roemerstein is a family run small hotel situated in a quiet location close to Mainz University with easy assess to the city centre and the friendly helpful staff.
The host met us in person on arrival and showed us everything. Parking was convenient, in a locked place next to the building. Quiet area. I received an invoice via email very fast after I left the apartment.
Great location, right in the City Center, just walk out of the building and you can get everything from all kinds of shops. Very nice view, can see the old town of Mainz. The host is very friendly and helped to organise a better room for our little baby. It is very kind of him.
