Breakfast was good. The host was polite. The rooms were spacious and clean. Enough parking space. Quiet neighborhood. Fair price.

The property was well kept, cosy and had all the amenities required for a home away from home. My son loved the bunk bed. Step outside the door and one can hear the waves of the sea as it is so close by. Overall a very relaxing and quite apartment. Our hosts Herr Uwe and manager Herr Fisch were really nice and accomodating.
Clean, cozy, insects net, location (away enough from street noise, close enough to the beach), quiet, kitchen equipment (fridge, toaster, coffee dripper, electrical stovetop).
Great Location (10 min walk from the beach, near restaurants, train station and the supermarket), the hotel was very quiet, friendly staff, generous breakfast. They also had a dog bed for our furry friend :)
Well equipped and comfortable placed in very quiet and nice location of Karlshagen. Small terrace and parking lot is a big plus.
Be aware that towels and bed linen are not included in the price, and you need to request them separately after you do the booking. It's clearly explained in the message when you do the booking.
Absolutely perfect - great location, beautiful neighborhood with the harbor and nature, apartment is modern and cosy, clean, very quiet (we appreciated the firm mattresses and window blinds, the elevator). We loved the parking, the convenient storage for bikes/stroller outside for each apartment, the kids playground, beach nearby, historical sites also. The whole facility is great, we would come back 100%.
