Building had an elevator which is a nice touch (even though it didn't work the day we came with all the baggage).

Pension info informs you of church bells - but 6am long dongs and then quiet until 9am! Quiet small village with few eateries but great for access to Forest and surrounding locations. Natural swim lake up the road. Parking and sauna (extra charge) available.

My room was perfectly functional and clean, but not modern. I like that, I do not need a modern room to sleep. The staff was very friendly and laid-back, and the breakfast was very good. Also the bicycle room was fine.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment: spacious, clean and great location. Furthermore the apartment building is probably well isolated, because it was super quiet.
We had a great stay at the pension. Martin was a wonderful host, who helped us in whatever way he could. There are great hiking routes in the area and perfectly doable with public transport. The room itself was clean and had everything we wanted. The breakfast was comprehensive. It was also really great that there was a sauna available.
