Very cozy place in a quite area, have everything needed, kitchen have everything you need. You can eat there pretty easily, bed was normal and we don't have any problem.
The guy who met us was incredibly nice and kind, answered all our questions and was very friendly. I would say for that amount of money you really get very good option here.

We stayed at the venue for Wacken 2022. It was a bit far to travel to Wacken, but that was to be expected. There are shops close by. The venue was very quiet and the other occupants were also very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped and it was easy to do self catering.
