Very good location for both private and work travel - near the aiport and close to two metro stations with easy access to the central part of the city and the Old town.

The staff was also very helpful and the communication with them was very smooth even though with messages - we needed an invoice for the stay and it was expecting us in the room when we arrived; they also arranged a taxi for us as we had to leave early in the morning for the airport.

Location excellent. Hotel was clean, bed comfy and the shower was very good. We could see the Christmas market from our window too which was a bonus. Restaurants, bars and shops right on the doorstep. Journey from airport took 25 minutes and the hotel was a 2 minute walk from the drop off point.

Great location and Charan the host was excellent. When we stayed there was a heatwave so he arranged extra fans etc. Overall a very comfy stay in a safe and quiet part of town.

I enjoyed the quiet surroundings, the apartment was located in a sort of hidden spot and I enjoyed the privacy you had there. It was also really close to several restaurants and public transport, allowing us to get to the city centre fast. The normal bed was super comfortable and the bedding was nice too. It was especially nice that our host considered a change of plans and accommodated for that, we could also always reach them with questions and had no issues getting into the property.
The host was attentive and polite, answering questions about the apartment and being easily reachable on WhatsApp.The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a perfect location near the city center and a beautiful view from the balcony. I have no regrets booking this apartment and would gladly recommend it to friends and family visiting Düsseldorf.
