An exceptional pension, beautiful decor throughout, had everything we needed and it is located in a lovely neighbourhood near an extensive community forest park, yet not far from the city centre. We enjoyed the great breakfast, replete with all sorts of special treats. Halima is a wonderful, gracious host, helpful with recommendations and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

The room was big, clean, bright and the shared kitchen and bathroom were clean and very much adequate. Overall, the location is not bad, but the street is narrow and one can hear every loud person on the street. The window‘s noise-cancelation is pretty good, but it’s hard to keep them close in the summer.

Secure parking in the city centre which was only slightly marred by the roadworks situation in Chemnitz where entire main streets are currently closed and being dug up - we ended up going round twice before we could get into the entrance (not the hosts fault). Comfortable flat on the top floor of a standard DDR block. The kitchen was equipped well enough for a few nights stay and the beds and bathroom were perfectly fine and very clean. Nicely renovated and conveniently located for trams and visiting the city.
The appartment is spacious and very clean. Everything posted on the site is exactly as the same offered. This is very good value for money. The host was excellent and very responsive. We were able to charge our electric car over the night (for a charge, of course). It also was very quiet in the evening and during the night. We stayed for 1 night.
One of the best hosts I've ever met with, brought me coffee on request in the morning, stayed up late for my check-in.

Very nice location, quiet and with beautiful surroundings (park, trails). Public transport is in walking distance (200m), ride to the city center takes less than half an hour. Great breakfast. Very nice and service-oriented staff.
Generally, it was almost perfect accommodation. Very good location with enough place for parking, relative close to city center and close to railways station and shopping center. It's quiet quarter. The flat itself is big and well-equipped, bed is comfortable, WiFi works perfect. Good communication with host, easy check-in and check-out.
Nice apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. Two separate bedrooms with huge smart TV are excellent for staying with children. Good location, very quiet at night, and not far from the city center.

There is a common, beautifully and innovatively equipped kitchen, where there is everything to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Shared but newly equipped and clean bathrooms. Parking is on the street if you are lucky enough to find a spot. Alternatively, there is a private and fenced parking space, but it will be +5€ extra. We are grateful and satisfied, thank you!
Big, very clean apartament, well epuipped kitchen, comfortable bathroom. Perfectly quiet, no noise from the street. Balcony with chairs and ashtray - important for smokers. Despite an information that there's no WiFi it is provided and is working well. Free parking on the street just next to hotel entrance. Helpful staff. Near to supermarket and city center. Surprisingly low price for such a comfort.
