A lovely B&B situated off the main road, but welll located near town and walkable to attractions. Very good breakfast in a nice room with beautiful views of the hills, castle, and gardens. Small fridge in the room was a nice surprise. Unusual bathroom situation, with pieces spread all around the room. Sink located near the door at the end of the bed, shower was next to the bed, separated only by a half curtain. The toilet was in a room with a door. It worked for a one night stay. The room was spacious and clean. Parking was a plus in this area! Host was quite serious.

The breakfast was enjoyable. In the warmer months, I imagine it's quite nice to sit in their garden.
We enjoyed being able to sit by the fire place in the reception. It gave a nice ambiance (and I think was the saving grace of this place).

Everything in the room was squeaky clean and new. Nice view from the windows. Breakfast was sumptuous, even though it was served in a nearby hotel, short walking distance from the B&B.

it is in a great location. Close to the center, but just far enough away that it is peaceful and quiet. We were on the second floor (Green Velvet) and there was a wonderful view. A garage to park our bikes was nearby and easy to get to.

We booked the room online and when we arrived there was no staff, we emailed the hotel and received a message back giving a code for the key to the appropriate room box. There was a fridge stocked with beer and other drinks and everybody was trusted to pay the appropriate money when checking out. It has obviously been a very posh hotel in its day, but we had a room on the top floor which was obviously not one of the biggest. Breakfast was very nice but unfortunately there was no atmosphere as there was nowhere for people to interact with each other.

The cottage is just wonderful and has everything you might need, with many extras (for example, board games, record player). We loved sitting in front of the fireplace in the evenings and enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony. The hosts are lovely people and they made us feel very welcome. The village itself is also charming, with several hikes and wineries in the area. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely come back :)
We loved everything about this apartment, the Hosts were so lovely, friendly, and informative, loved it's location, so peaceful but yet only a 10 min walk from a hotel/restaurant, and an Italian restaurant & Cafe/local shop, the apartment itself was amazing! So spacious! and had everything you could need, a home from home with Everything!! an absolutely superb apartment, we would certainly recommend it to family & friends and we will definitely be back to stay here again.

Super property, very comfortable, high quality finishings, cosy and bijou but perfectly spacious enough for a family with 3 teenagers, great location, parking just round the back, everything we needed, highly recommend.
Our arrival time was delayed meaning we could not make the check in time. We messaged the host, who immediately got back to us to arrange a late check in. A lovely clean and modern apartment. We would definitely stop again if we were in the area.
