Gästehaus Kuck, hotel in Aachen

Featuring garden views, Gästehaus Kuck in Monschau features accommodations and a shared lounge.

Nestled in middle of nature, beautiful views and lovely farm animals. The location is bit away from Monschau, but walkable distance and quickly to reach by drive. The hosts are very kind, the breakfast was plentiful and the room was very clean and comfortable. The best part was the view from the room, you wake up watching two beautiful goats, and hearing voices of nature. Hiking trail to High Fens (Venn) is just a stone throw from the property (highly recommended) Also best place to stay if you are looking for free and comfortable parking options

The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the owner was very friendly and supportive. The location is close to city, you can park in the street, the nr of available parking spots seems a bit tight. There is a kitchen and fridge you can use to cook and store your groceries.

Great location right next to the Hauptbahnhof, yet not that far a walk from the city center of Aachen and the tourist sites. We were able to get a room on the day, completely unplanned. It was well presented, quiet and comfortable considering the size of the room for two adults with suitcases.

Second time here. Great hostel in top location near railway station. Its quiet, you only hear the announcements of the railway station which will make you sleepy. Nice lobby, great to have drink there. Very friendly lady at reception of spanish origin. Will come again.

Very spacious building. (Quiet when we stayed but clearly set up to host large events.) Food and bar / restaurant service very good. Large lounge areas with attractive furnishings. Short bus ride from main station and gives details of this without prompting. Good indoor pool. Quiet. Easy walk into city centre. Next to large (hilly) public park.

I liked the hotel more than I expected to! Very conveniently located to the Hauptbahnhof (and about a 15 minute walk to the city center). Good beds, good WiFi, excellent breakfast. A good budget choice for families. It looks like a hostel from the outside/lobby, but our room was quiet.

Its a spacious well fitted out attic apartment, very warm (in February) and exceptionally quiet, looking out over woodland. Our host was amazingly helpful. We hired bikes and explored the Vennbahn cycle track and commuting into Aachen city centre or by train to Cologne was incredibly easy.

Well located hostel about 10 minutes walk from the city centre and 20 min walk from the train station. The staff were friendly and welcoming, as were the other guests. The hostel is well equipped and had everything I needed, and I would definitely stay again and recommend this hostel to others who want a cheap, comfortable and well located place to stay whilst exploring Aachen.

If you want a cheap place to stay close to the Hauptbahnhof and city center of Aachen, this place truly is a bang for your buck. I also liked it that the man at the counter showed us around the place and how everything functioned when we arrived at the hostel. If you read this, thank you for all your service :)
