A quite location very close to Valtice, Lednice and Mikulov where are plenty of possibilities how to spend a day. Our choice was to bike around a beautiful landscape of wineyrads, forest and ponds. Biking paths are excellent in all the region. Accomodation exceeded our expectations, it is very clean and the owner is easy-going lady, ready to meet your wishes. There is a perfect wine cellar in the backyard, so if the weather is good you can have a perfect time on the terrace (with an option to grill some food which we did not try this time). We appreciated the most excellent breakfast with choice some renowned hotels could envy. Parking is within the backyard. There is lot of space, ammenities and of toys for kids.
Offering a garden and quiet street view, Frajárka is set in Sedlec, 10 km from Lednice Chateau and 8.8 km from Colonnade na Reistně.

My stay at this charming countryside retreat in South Moravia was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and genuine enthusiasm by the incredible host. Their infectious energy and delightful sense of humor instantly made me feel at home.
One of the highlights of my stay was being bestowed with a new nickname - Little Slovan, that I'll cherish for the rest of my life, a testament to the personalized and unforgettable experiences this place offers. The host's ability to make guests feel like part of the family is truly remarkable.
The culinary experience was a true delight for the senses. Every meal was a masterpiece, showcasing the best of local flavors and ingredients. From hearty traditional dishes to exquisite wines, each bite was a journey through South Moravian gastronomy.
The location itself is a haven of tranquility, nestled amidst the picturesque countryside. Surrounded by endless view of the countryside and vineyards, it offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough for anyone seeking an authentic and unforgettable experience in South Moravia. Thank you to the host for making my stay truly special. I cannot wait to return.

Big, spacious room with a nice kitchen and big balcony. Really close to the centre, supermarket and public pool. Quality bedding and mattress. We’ll definitely stay there again if we return
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Attention to details. The owner is carefully taking care of everything to ensure you have everything.
Ideal place for resting in a quiet location away from busy traffic. A lot and I mean a lot of toys for the little ones and of course the breakfast which was amazing !!!

The accommodation was in a quiet area of a lovely village, a perfect spot to start many of the cycling routes and a wonderful oasis to return to after an eventful day. The landlady was very kind and helpful and she made our stay very pleasant. A special perk was the cellar filled with exceptional wine👌. We're already making plans to return 🙂
Great communication from host and simple to check in and find the property. Very clean and everything you would need for a nights stay (though maybe a toaster would be useful) Great that is is powered more sustainably and that is a focus for the property.
Quiet location, near train station, beautiful surroundings, rooms were nicely decorated and super clean. Great communication with owner and no problem with having dogs with us. Thete are also few wineries just around and restaurants too. Near nature reservation.
Lovely place with a restaurant and pub in the village. The host was superb, answering all my questions and helping to address our additional requests. We were a group of 21 people, and this place was perfect for us. Lots to see in the surroundings.
The place is comfortably furnished and nothing is missing in it.
The area is perfect for walking and spending time outdoors.
Comfortable check-in and check-out and very good contact with the host.
