The room was located over the nice little restaurant / wine place on a small street. The location is great if you want to visit a nearby Aqualand Moravia - it was literally a 5 minute walk (and we also received vouchers for 10% discount at the aquapark from our host on our arrival). The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. Unfortunately we were not able to try the restaurant downstairs but it seemed very pleasant and there there very many clients even though it was a Thursday evening, so it seemed like a nice and quiet place to spend an evening. There was free street parking available just outside the building.

The room was spacious and clean, and there was also a gorgeous terrace. There is a yard with green grass, a swing and a swimming pool, a very pleasant place! There is also a game room!I Also want to note that there were two pugs in the yard that we were allowed to play with! Nice nice hotel!!!
It was perfect for a one-night stay, with great staff, very good value, and clean rooms. We stayed there for one night to break our long drive into two days and it was perfect, close to the main road but quiet. Beautiful lake view was a great bonus in the morning.
Very nice accomodation with a very nice price. All was clean and well prepared. The host was super welcoming and gave us a better room than we previously booked. We also got some bread and pastry for breakfast, which we didn't expect at all :) Parking available right in front of the accomodation, so all good!
Extremely helpful and friendly host. Communication is great, all questions were answered quickly. Owner of the place even left us breakfast for the next morning free of charge. Place is very calm, neighbors around are local people. We got a room with balcony, from which we could see the mauntains.
