The host Jan was super helpful and nice, very easy to communicate with and ask any questions. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and warm, the beds were very comfortable. The shared kitchen with a dishwasher and free tea, coffee and milk is a big plus, saves a lot of time and money. The location is convenient if you have a car, 15-30 min away from ski resorts, 15 min away from Karlovy Vary. There are restaurants, a bistro and a minimarket 1-3 min away.

Everything was fine here. Big, nice and clean room with very good bed, nice bathroom with a good shower, good breakfast!
Also good food in the restaurant, friendly staff, free parking at the courtyard of the house and WiFi worked well.

The hostess are very nice couple with beautiful dog. They keep the place clean with love and care., help us to find spa and take care of all our needs. We didn't ate breakfast so we can't tell about it but we sure it is came from the heart.

A great location with very friendly staff. Although we tried to muddle through in Czech (for my own practice, much to the evident pain I was causing everyone within earshot), the staff spoke good English and looked after us well.
A perfect stay for outgoing types with a few options for evening beers post-hike or post-ski.
