This was a great stay ; staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn't fault the place or the staff really. It did appear at first glance a trifle odd set up ; we did think the jacuzzi in the room odd and having to ask for the gate to opened every time we wanted to leave a but odd ...... but we soon found the staff really were available 24/ to let us in or out and the drtop of a hat and the breakfast was delivered to our rooms bang on the dot at the times we'd requested. Can't fault the place

I had a big room, with a large and very confy bed. They also have a large kitchen well equiped, two separate showers. The host was very very kind, offering fruits, coffee and sweets all the time. The environment is quiet, safe with a very interesting Central European architecture. It ia a little bit far from the station/ bus station but the route is ok and one can walk to the stations quite easily. There was an open atmosphere, friendly and helpful. I will definitely book there any other time in Ostrava.
The apartment is in a great location. The city center is very close and easy to reach both on foot and using one of the many public transport options.
The apartment itself is bright, clean and spacious and had everything you need for your stay, plus the apartment is easy to find and easy to get into. And the host had left us a pleasant welcome surprise.
It looked like exactly like on the pictures. Great location, close to the city center, nice restaurant very close by, quiet neighborhood, easy access to the building and parking available on site. The apartment was spacious, had enough space to put your clothes etc. Nice complimentary coffee and tee. The hosts were very nice.
