The house was clean, we were cleaned every week, towels and bed linen were changed. Cleaned the pool.

Very quiet place, beautiful view. A car is necessary. It was nice to find wine, water, juice as gifts on arrival. :) The villa has a washing machine and a dishwasher, but there are no detergents, dishwasher tablets. Therefore, there were not very cleanly washed dishes in the cupboards and needed to be rewashed. Although we didn't cook, but there could be salt, pepper, oil, paper towels. It costs little but would increase the value of the villa.
Really great location, if you really want to run away from from problems and breathe the mountain fresh air. Will go there again. Also, the fact that the hotel has a maximum of 20 rooms, or something like that, makes it peaceful and pleasant to be in.

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa. Arrived to it spotlessly clean and decorated to a very modern finish. Air con works great, and the rooms are a really decent size. Such great value for money. Local taverna within walking distance with the next town a 10-15 minute drive away, so location was perfect for us as we had hired a car. So peaceful and quiet, and the view and sunset are magical. The host was easy to contact with a quick reply when asking in regards to checking out. We will definitely stay here again!
We made a great choice staying in Marmaras! The village is peaceful and charming, far from the bustle of big cities but still close enough to the beach and supermarket. When walking through the village or sitting at the nearby cafe, I felt a warm sense of community. The view from the villa towards the sea and mountains is breathtaking.

The hotel is in a great location. The zone next to the cafe offers a view both of the sea and the mountains located nearby. Very quiet and peaceful place.
