Excellent large and spacious apartment in a detached house on a quiet street. Inside has a very arty atmosphere and high ceilings, the apartment itself is accessed by a separate elevator! Had a wonderful rest there for a week and recommend for anyone who wants a quiet and cozy place. The landlady is very friendly and helpful.

Location handy for where we wanted to be. We've stayed 3 or maybe 4 times. Peace and quiet much appreciated. Breakfast basic - cereal, tea/coffee - but plenty for us (we do bring our own juice). Bottled water, wine & biscuits a very nice touch.

A lot of space in the apartment, big terass, functional aircondition in every room, extremely willing and helpful host, very quiet neighbours, infrastructure in step-by-step accessibility. Even without a car for few first days we were able to get to a city center, supermarket and a beach out of Limassol due to busstop 2 minuts walking from apartment (and a good bus schedules). A really comfort location and accomodation. And really good and kind host!
Great location (around 10 min by walk to the center). Very nice and quiet apartment. Hosts were really helpful. I had few small requests and they helped me immediately. I chose the small apartment and it was perfect for me alone but if I should come in a couple, I’ll choose the bigger one. It was a great staying, will be happy to come back

Excellent accommodation near the promenade and the city center, in a quiet and peaceful area. The house and the apartment are very nice, the garden is just lovely and if you’re lucky to find the trees blooming is an olfactive experience. The host, Mr. Songer, is amazing, very supportive and you can absolutely count on his recommendations for restaurants and not only. We’ve had a great time!

Beautiful traditional guest house and very responsive and helpful hosts! Totally charming! Also, it is well located, quiet, and with a couple of good restaurants nearby. We had a great stay there, and we highly recommend Niki's house.
The place is big, well-stocked kitchen, balcony/yard and parking, you can adjust the curtains from the "wall-sized window" to fully closed and dark, to taste. Great location - central to everything yet quiet neighborhood. Great hosts - warm and accommodating. Arrived earlier than check-in to drop luggage before walking - witnesses thorough cleaning, so everything looks sterile because it is. Amazing value for money.

The accommodation is in a great location and definitely one i would visit and recommend. The road was quiet and safe yet just moment away was the sea and easy access to the old town, marina etc.
