location for us was perfect. a short 5-10 minute walk into the centre but far enough away from the noise to sleep peacefully at night. very close to st. Lazarus church. On-road parking. clean and well-equipped. comfortable bed. great shower. friendly staff. very good heating/cooling aircon unit.

My stay at Anna’s Guest house was exceptional. The owner welcomed me on time and showed me around. The room was clean and equipped with a large comfortable bed, a kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and a clean bathroom. The neighborhood is quit and safe. The location is close to a large super market, zorbas, the center, and the beach. I highly recommend this place as it’s affordable, convenient, and the owner was attentive and helped at any time needed.

The Breakfast! The Breakfast was fabulous, Simi created an absolute feast using local ingredients and even created little bite sized appetizers with cured salmon and prawns, when she discovered I liked fish. The breakfast was served in the beautiful Paula's Courtyard at the rear of the property and was so extensive that we did not eat lunch each day!
It was our first visit to Cyprus and Simi was extremely helpful in providing advice on where to visit, including how to cross the checkpoint in Nicosia to get to Girne on the local bus. It was wonderful to sit and chat over breakfast, learning about Cyprus and Simi's extensive travels and life, this lady has lived! We will definitely be back.

Really hard to find more caretaking host of your comfort. I mean seriously You can't. The apartment is almost overequipped. The place has its own soul with lovely trees inside and outside the house. There are three cats and one dog totally undisturbing your privacy, but happy to introduce themselves. It was really lovely stay that I can recommend to any couple who likes to see and expiriance new places. The localisation is Perfect to visit many: 25 minutes drive from Nicosia center, 30 from Larnaka, close to Lefkara and other historic villiges You have to visit, also close for some trekking trails. there is also really cheap gasstation nearby. Perfect base to travel across east half of the island.

. We loved the pool and gardens were beautiful scattered with fruit trees around. It was very quiet and secluded. Size was perfect to fit 11 of us with further sofas if extra persons needed.

A lovely couple, their B&B is incredibly clean and spacious, great breakfast, a large and quiet pool, they were attentive to every request, they cleaned the B&B every day, changed sheets and towels. We will definitely come back to them again.
Lovely spacious room and a wonderful pool just for our use! Really relaxing and peaceful in beautiful surroundings. The hosts were friendly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Felt like I had known Gaynor for years!! Short drive to the centre of Kiti with bars,shops, and restaurants,short drive to the beach. Will definitely be going back!
Everything was perfect. The room is spacious and super clean, bed is really comfortable. From the room you have direct access to a large private pool. Breakfast was amazing, it's huge with lots of fruits and homemade marmalade and jams, bread, eggs, Greek yogurt and more. It's served in the terrace which is really quiet and peaceful. Gaynor the host was super helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
We had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing weekend stay at this beach house that I cannot recommend highly enough! The house was simply amazing, very well maintained and the sea views were just impressive! The sea was lovely and warm for April, perfect for swimming and enjoying the beautiful views. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, that made us feel like home!The location was tranquil and peaceful, allowing us to fully unwind and relax. We would definitely love to come back and stay here again in the future!
Great value for the price, the room is nice and well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. We slept quite well! The host was very nice and friendly. Some snacks were also available in the room.
