The hostel is very central in Paquera.
It has all the facilities needed for a short stay and it was very clean.
The best thing was the service!! Roman is amazing, extremely kind and helpful!! He helped me booking a taxi from Paquera Port to the hotel! I arrived late and he waited kindly and checked that I was fine during my travel. I felt very well taken care of!

A perfect 10, I would give it 11/10 if I could! This hostel is amazing: 5 STAR CLEAN, sweet staff, spacious room (with all the essentials that are so often missing: side lamp, hangers, mirrors etc), pristine sheets and towels, external kitchen area with free coffee already made and waiting in the morning (to me, this is priceless!!!), stable internet, close to ferry...honestly, this is one of the only places I have stayed in years that felt it was truly made with care and love rather than for profit. I will certainly use this as my go-to next time I am in Puntarenas.

Excellent value guest house in central sea front location. Vanessa the friendly host treated me to delicious coffee in the morning. Extremely comfortable bed and bathroom was right next to bedroom. Very classy and clean. Highly recommended for a stay in this underrated pleasant and peaceful untouristed seaside town.

The complex is at the Malpais end of town so is quieter which is nice, but it's just a walk to the main strip. The pool is a shared space between the villas and the beach is a few minutes walk. There is daily housekeeping which is done to a high standard.
German was a great host. He is very meticulous about his property, everything is very clean and well taken care of. He let us park in his gated parking spot. We were able to use his laundry machine for free! The rooms were spacious with your own table, set of dishes, sink and AC. We really enjoyed our stay.
Flory is a fantastic host, she helped us organize all the tours we wanted despite limited availability. The breakfast is delicious and served in a lovely garden.
The location is very central, but nice and quiet, so excellent for a good night's sleep :)
