The wifi was excellent, toilet and shower both worked really well and the beach was really beautiful at sunset. We appreciated the tap water being high quality. The netting did a fine job at keeping bugs out and there was ample shade over our place with a nice wind blowing from the ocean. Our neighbors were nice as were the dogs that hung around the property.

We really enjoyed the setting of our room in the jungle where the rustic outdoor kitchen connect us to the nature . The bedroom and bath look out to the forest. The shower with 3 different heads was great. The place was built 6 years ago by European couple, Cat from France and Phil from Germany. The decoration of the lodge was very relaxing and comfortable.
The swimming pool was a great escape for the hot humid weather. We also enjoyed meeting a white nosed coati, a vulture and a group of squirrel monkeys in the backyard. We woke up by all kind of sounds from animal kingdom .....
We appreciate that the hosting couple went out their way to welcome us with good fruits and assisted us.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Madelyn and her mom are amazing host. I had a very warm welcome, she told me everything I needed to know for manuel antonio and how to take the bus, where are the supermarkets… This is a charming place where you feel home. Its a small hostel with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and its clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend :)
OMG the view! The Sunsets! The view!. Super cute room with kitchenette and a perfect wee balcony with blissful hammock and also table & chairs to eat brekkie and gaze at the view, and wonderful animals right next to the room. Great location for exploring Manuel Antonio, everything in walking distance. Down the quieter end of the beach which I preferred, but a lovely stroll along the beach to get to restaurants / supermercado etc etc. Amazing super helpful host who went above and beyond with advice and also showed me my first sloth!
Eva was a fantastic host, super friendly and helpful, and recommended a beautiful quiet beach for us to spend our last day in Costa Rica. Breakfast was delicious, a super generous helping of banana pancakes with a lovely helping of fresh fruit and maple syrup.
The room was pretty big and had a fridge and coffee maker.
Breakfast was good and nice fresh fruit every morning.
Was a very quiet hotel in a great location and staff were wonderful, friendly and willing to help when needed.
Clean rooms.
Peace of Paradise is the best name for this place out of several reasons: great hosts, great location with plenty of restaurants etc nearby, great atmosphere, great animals in the garden incl a sloth, great specious rooms - overall a place we would highly recommend to everybody
Nice and cheap place to stay right next to the Manuel Antonio National Park. You can walk from the hostel to the park in only 5 minutes. Room is small, but more important it is clean and quiet at night. For 2 people, who are walking around all the day, it is more than fine. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Highlight is the self made ice cream at the bar.
It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this apartment. A very quiet rual setting with lots of wild life to see and hear. Rosa is a great host and provided valuable tips.
