The hosts are the kindest people you could ever meet, the hotel and grounds are peaceful and gorgeous, the freshly-prepared food outstanding, and the comfort and cleanliness beyond reproach. Beautiful garden & common areas. Walking distance to the park, restaurants, groceries & bus lines. Friendly owner & staff. Kids enjoyed ping pong, the garden turtles and video game time during a rain storm. Our family of four slept in the room with a double bed & bunk bed. Very secure & safe building and comfortable neighborhood.

No breakfast offered. But we were directed to a small restaurant about a 5 minute walk down the road. It was a good breakfast with fresh brewed coffee.
The room was clean and quiet and close to the airport. Comfortable bed, adequate bathroom and shower. Pick up was easy and our driver was helpful.

Maria is a very welcoming host, speaks good English and helped me to get an Uber to the airport. This is a very comfortable, quiet and hospitable place. A great place to stay near the airport.

Breakfast is good with fresh fruits. Cleanness very good and Quiet. Very nice accommodation, suprt friendly host. We would recommend to anyone arriving or departing in San José as a stopover before travelling further as Casa Stella is near to the airport.
