I like the location. It is on top of the bakery, which is very convenient to have breakfast in the morning plus the owners gives a 15% off of the breakfast. Moreover, the beach is at a walking distance from the place. Inside is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great time.

I can't say enough amazing things about this place. Alberto and his staff were fantastic! the breakfasts were amazing and we opted to eat at the restaurant each night. everything everyone got was just delicious, best food we had while in Costa Rica! the beach across the street is wonderful and almost deserted. highly recommend!

EVERYTHING! It was a one of a kind experience! ..the place really is 'magical'...the attention to detail, open air kitchen, superb hosts, excellent decor and ofcourse...the setting! Right in the middle of the jungle..we saw toucans, armadillos, agoutis...barious birds, heard the howlers almost every day..missed the sloth though...absolutely loved the heliconia !!
The host was incredibly responsive via Whatsapp and went above and beyond to help and ensure I was comfortable. I visited in May when it was very hot and incredibly humid. It was an absolute luxury having the split system air conditioner in the bedroom. I stayed for two weeks and the host contacted me regularly to see if I would like the house cleaned and were accommodating arranging a time that suited me.
Tesly, the host, is a very kind person. The location was wonderful, just next to a beautiful beach, and the garden was great. The room was sufficiently large.

Tree-Top studio...Wow. one of the best Studio apartments we've had the pleasure of staying in. A little small, however, very accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay at Frédérics property. It was such a perfect location - walking distance from two big supermarkets, a 5 minute bike ride to Puerto Viejo town and a 15 minute bike ride to Punta Uva. The house is quiet as it is back from the main road. It was also clean and comfy and very fairly priced for the area. Frédéric was a great host very responsive and even helped us out a lot, his dog is very cute. Would recommend!
