The location and the price was good. There was a kitchen available that had all the basics.
They have a washing machine that you are welcome to use for free.
We were able to store our bags while we went trekking for a few days.

A few minutes walking from the city centre, about 25 minutes from the bus station, the hostel offers standard amenities that works as intended. The kitchen was nice enough, the bathroom as well, although there’s no hot water. I appreciated the lady that was there during our stay, as she was obviously working very hard to make our stay comfortable and worked hard all day to keep the place as clean as possible. We booked a private room, and it was quite alright. Overall, a decent stay for the price we paid.

Great little hotel/hostel. Spacious rooms and large bed. Good wifi with well stocked kitchen utensils. 10 min walk to the main plaza and quiet at night to sleep. Flexible check in and check out on the days I went which was most appreciated. Great value!
Great location close to the central square. However, that’s also a disadvantage as the traffic is very noisy.
Beautiful building and sympathetically converted rooms. Staff helpful. I asked to be moved to a quieter room which they accommodated.
The is a lovely clean, quiet, comfortable apartment. We arrived to Popayan by bus and the taxi had no problem finding it. We had a nice warm welcome. It is a short walk to the historic centre and to a hike to the 3 crosses. There was no washer in the apartment as stated, but our hosts kindly did our laundry for us. The shower was nice with hot water. The large TV had streaming capabilities.
The apartment is small but very functional. There is everything you need :) even a washing machine. To the city center you can walk in 20 minutes but in the evening it is better to take a taxi - cheap & convenient ☺️

Lienzo offered so much for such a cheap price. Comfortable clean beds in fun colourful rooms, great bathrooms with hot showers, a really nice free breakfast, decent kitchen with ample utensils, awesome central location in Popayán, lovely common areas to chill, with free to use instruments as well. The staff were always so friendly and accommodating and up for a chat too. Truly an amazing hostel, will definitely stay here again in future.
Patricia was a lovely host. She helped us out with all our questions on the city and bus transport, and even gave us some extra fruit for the bus trip. Great location - the hotel is 2 minutes walking to the central bus terminal, so ideal for arrival/departure from/to Cali, Armenia and further on. 10 minutes walking to city center, and with supermarket next door. Nice breakfast too. Spacious room with hot shower and good bed.
