The host were amazing. She runs the hostel herself with some other amazing emploies. There are dogs and cats there and it has an amazing atmosphere. It felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was also good.

The staff were so lovely and sweet, really helping with recommendations and being able to really experiencing the area. It was a homely vibe with the dogs and turtle that would join in the garden area for breakfast. The accommodations were clean and well kept. We only stayed one night, as we were just travelling through, but we had everything we needed. The room and bathroom were very clean, comfortable, and air conditioned (great because the heat is intense). There was a little patio too, which was a pleasant area to have breakfast (breakfast was 10 COP pp, tasty, simple and filling).
The price is for the room is very good too, good value for money!
The staff are super friendly, and the owner Ivan was so so helpful. He went out of his way to drive us into town, get a sim card, and drive us to the bus station! We never expected that, it was a lovely surprise and made our experience even better, as these things can take a while, especially in the oppressive heat.

The location is definitely a bit far from the center, but the price makes up for it, and the owner can tell you where to get the bus into the center.
