Residence Tchams is located in the apartment building in quiet, modest neighbourhood. Safe, easy accessible. A lot of light and fresh air in my apartment, very attentive and helpful host. I would recommend it.
Great hosts, very spacious and the view was great! The breakfast was very good, you can choose what you want from a list, so you combine to your taste. The few issues we had, they fixed it within hours. Nice and quiet neighbourhood, close to the middle of Bastos and places to go out for dinner or drinks. They offered us to choose between the available rooms.
Relaxing place, very comfortable and quiet, price was 8800, which I think is good. easy acess by motorcycle taxi from Carrefour etoudi, only 200, and from there a shared taxi to city center for a simulair ammount.
I had a fantastic stay, beautiful appartement, clean, free of cockroaches which is great good facilities, close to most amenities, quiet and safe neighbourhood and the host was polite and approachable. However, i noticed a few things that made me not to score the highest marks;
Its a very beautiful appartement, i loved it but i think it needs some improvement especially as light disruption are frequent, may be an alternative light could be installed as done in other places e.g using a generator/plant etc.
Exceptional welcome by the host. He picked us and helped with luggage. All needed/helpful information for a smooth stay were provided on arrival.
This appartement is really clean, soft and well furnished even in the kitchen with necessary ustensiles for a short stay. It's localed in a quiet neighborhood, although it's only around 5 min walk from the main Street (Essoss mobile).
I would recommend this appartement for people looking for a soft, well equipped and discrete place to stay in Yde.
Lovely hotel in a great location with great staff and delicious breakfast; the chef was excellent. If you want a quiet and relaxed environment, one & only is the place, quiet, away from the Y'de noisy and busy roads.
