The staff were all so warm and welcoming. They were helpful with taxis and breakfast had plenty of options, including gluten and dairy free as we requested in advance. Those who didn’t speak English were able to communicate quickly with google translate. They were able to hold our luggage beyond the checkout time, which was very handy!

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained. The included breakfast was simple, but filling. Could use some condiments for the sandwiches. It's a short walk to everything in Punta Arenas. The showers were nice and hot. The room was basic but comfortable. Could have been just a little warmer in the room. Overall, everything was very nice. They even had off-street parking for us. Muchas gracias!

The place was very warm and cozy. Constantino was a great host! Very helpful and welcoming. There was a full breakfast and even when we had to leave early in the morning Constantino and Leandro had everything prepared for us. Thank you!
Our room had a separate entrance, distinct from the rest of the hostel, providing us with added convenience. While the room was somewhat small, it featured a kitchenette with all the necessary amenities for self-catering. The cleanliness, comfort, and adequacy of the bathroom met our expectations. The location is on the outskirts of the charming and quaint town, yet still well within walking distance to all amenities.
The pension has 2 rooms in a nice and quiet area at the edge of the city centre. The host can pick you up at the airport (to pay). He is a very nice man who makes you feel at home. The breakfast is very good and extensive.
Good spacious bedroom with large bed. Quite quiet in quiet neighbourhood. A bit out of town but Ubers plentiful and cheap, and there were a few corner shops near to the property.

Great hostal - would recommend! Arrived at 12:30 am and the host was happy to welcome us in despite the hour. Only spent 1 night on route to Puerto Natales but the hostal was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, especially if you're taking the bus. Host was super friendly and kind.
