Super clean and cozy. I had to leave the house early for my tours, they always served a warm breakfast for me even at 6 am. Although the bathroom is shared, I didn‘t have to wait or felt dirty at all. Everything you need is prepared, you are welcomed by the whole family at anytime!

A most beautifully presented and totally unique hotel, hosted by Alvaro (a true gent) and his sons. It was towards the end of the season and the place was quiet but I was made incredibly welcome and would not hesitate to recommend the place. The restaurant is a delight to behold, with the chunky wooden truss structure, and I was given room 16, with the corner window. Great location and surroundings, beautiful room, lovely personable service, great food.

Great hostel with a lot of people starting the W or O trek in Torres Del Paine, with a 20-30s demographic generally, so a lively place. They offer equipment rentals (for a cheaper price). The location was quite central whilst not too close. The free wifi was good and staff were very friendly. The place is double door locked so safe as well. The bathrooms were as expected for a hostel.
