As a seasoned traveller and writer what I look for is not bling or bustle but peace and quiet and fresh breezes and views. I got to Vivo tired and left refreshed and re-energised. It is in one of the most beautiful houses in Concepcion, set on the hillside overlooking the city and nestled in the trees of the hill above. A kind host and a comfortable bed and quiet neighbourhood, within walking distance of the university and the city centre. A great stay.
The location is great in a small fishing village with a nice beach. There is a short hike up a steep hill to the guesthouse but you get rewarded with a gorgeous view from the common area and even more beautiful view from your room.
The hosts are super fun and friendly and Miguel makes the best pizza and Pisco Sour in all of Chile :-)
Great location, facilities (kitchen and bathroom) and the hostel owner is extremely nice. The laundry service was perfect. I reallly enjoyed my stay there.
Great location, comfy and clean apartment, quiet and cosy beds. The apartments are smallish but perfect for a quick stay in Concepcion. The owner was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is within walking distance of all monuments and sites to see.
