The beds have warmers. Very good for the winter time in June. The hosts helped me plan my trip tot the Patagonia. Marco recommended bus companies, let me use his phone to contact tour guides, and drove me at 5 am to the bus station. Most out going host that do all they can to make sure you are safe and comfortable.

The staff were friendly but unable to help us much as the systems were controlled externally by an unseen management (or owner). The breakfast was decent enough with bread, sliced meats, cheese and jam. Also cereals, yoghurt and tea/coffee. It was opposite a big supermarket. The house was so quaint and comfortable. The check in experience was so easy, and my host gave great recommendations. It was very fun to be staying in a palafito in Castro! She even let me borrow a raincoat, because I didn't have one.
