The location right on the lake was priceless! Amazing to swim in and gorgeous views. Sunset and sunrise peeped behind the Alps. There are tons of common areas, several refrigerators for guests to use, books & games to borrow, and breakfast offered (15 ea). Laundry could be done by staff for a fee.

The staff was amazing. So helpful and friendly. We wanted to do more touring on the day we were leaving, and they kept our bags until late in the afternoon. We had dinner the night we arrived. Same staff, they work so much and so hard and yet still some of the friendliest service we have ever had (I am in the hospitality industry in the US) and these people are top notch! If you are there when they have pumpkin soup available, you have to get it, one of the best soups I have ever had!!!

It had a super chill atmosphere. it was immaculately clean, shared bathroom super clean, comfortable room including beds and in a great part of Zurich. Oh, and the food in their restaurant is delicious.

Florian is a great host. He sorted the wifi as quick as he can as there was something wrong with the connection when we checked in. Such a nice gesture to welcome the guests with chocolate. Shame that we can't enjoy the wine as we don't drink. Had a lovely stay.
Clean , quiet and spacious bedroom , located in the Centre of Zug which you have the options to rent a bedroom or the entire apartment. The Hosts are very sympathetic and always happy to help with anything.
The location is great, close to a train station and within walking distance of the lake. The staff a friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. Great hostel and would recommend it.
