My experience in Andermatt was the best possible because of the hotel. From check-in to check-out, I was well treated and welcomed. Both the staff, the gentleman who served us and the lady, are incredible. I would like to thank the lady who was wonderful with us. I would stay at this hotel 1,000 times over. If you are thinking about going to Andermatt and have nowhere to stay, stay at this hotel. It's not about luxury. It's about a clean, organized place where you'll be treated like a home. The breakfast is delicious.

Price and position was good for us. The room was pleasantly warm at arrival. It is very close to a service station which offers convenient breakfasts and meals (access by foot). Friendly staff and easy check in/check out.

Cleanliness was excellent! The host replied very fast and was very pleasant. There are all needed facilities in the house. As mentioned in reviews and by the host herself, the house is located at the steep hill, but there is possibility to park one car down the hill. We were lucky that it was no ice on the road and we could get up the hill quite well.
