Very convenient location walking distance to many essential shops and tram stops. Room is nice, with a little balcony around, would prefer 2 single beds but the double bed is fine. Vegetarian breakfast included in with the room was sufficient to start the day, it's a nice touch and to be able to meet the rest of the ladies staying there. Lady at the reception was really friendly and helpful with explaining everything when checking in.

Stylish and really clean! I felt like I was in a posh hotel. The bathrooms were sparkling and modern! Also they gave me a complimentary drink which was kind. Great vibe in there and the staff are so friendly. Right opposite one of the train stations too so the location was great, it was also super warm and cosy in the room

The rooms were comfortable and clean, fresh looking, and light. The staff were very helpful with all onwards travel advice and support. Early checkin was also given. This was appreciated after a long trip. Breakfast was excellent and good value. The restaurant staff were welcoming, generous, and brilliant at what they do. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and boutique shops, and very close to the river, transport, and train station. Complimentary water served in rooms. I would stay here again..

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. In the beginning, the host expressed his warm and kind acceptation until the electrical breaker jumped but could not recovery again. Therefore, the room was totally dark and the electrical socket could not be used anymore.
Very cosy guest house. You feel like you are staying with at a friends house as a guest. Very friendly and private. Clean and nice size bathroom.
