Met some friendly guests.
My single room was comfortable. I didn't use the cooking facilities but it's a very clean professional stainless steel kitchen.
Bus stop to Flims Laax is about 10 minutes walk and one can be at the Flims lifts in around 20mins via bus.

The host is very nice, the accommodation is centrally located and very clean. Although it has no kitchen, there is a kettle and coffee maker as well as a small fridge which allows you to have a small breakfast before starting the day.

The staff who awaited us were super nice, polite, and really helpful in everything. The language was not an issue at all. We really remember them very gratefully.
Extremely comfortable in a small tiny space but super clean, comfortable bed and nice linen, the room shelves very well arranged, very comfy bed, excellent bathroom facilities table.
We did not expect this given the less than positive reviews, thank you! We have made a note of the property and we will come back. :)

it's a really great place in a really nice location especially if you are planning to ski. the ski resort is really close. The host was really kind and helpful!
Really lovely hotel - great location, friendly staff. Everything felt very new.
We also really enjoyed the wellness area which we were even allowed to use the day we checked out.

There was lots of large communal areas with balcony and the bus stops outside
the staff did their best to address a problem with the stay to try and locate to a quiet basement level.
breakfast is included (i left before) as wanted to avoid clash with the children.

Mr Schatz was such a great host, very friendly and helpful and was kind enough to pick us up from the bus stop in town. The apartment was great, and Mr Schatz supplies loads of helpful information and brochures in the apartment.
The beds are really comfortable and the apartment is spotlessly clean and has all the amenities you would need!
