Great location with parking. The views from the room are amazing. The bed was super comfortable and the bath towels were very soft and smelled good. The shower has good pressure with plenty of hot water. Katiusca is a terrific host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend booking her place.

The hotel is well situated (5min from the train to locarno). Locarno is 15min from the hotel with the public transports and the bus to val verzasca is 7min far from the hotel (5min walking + 2min train). There is a swimming pool at the hotel for those who would not like to go to the lake. The view is nice and the place is quiet.
Even if we did not see the owners, the organization for the keys and the check-out was well done !

The host was very responsive and helpful. The room and the bathroom were extremely clean. The parking was very convenient. If you are on a road trip around the area, this is the perfect spot to stay in.

Easy access to and from motorway. Quiet situation , parking available. Short walk from a couple of bars , pizzerias , cafes and petrol stations. The owner sent a very comprehensive video with a set of instructions of how to get to the property, unfortunately my phone wouldn’t work in Switzerland! Fridge welcome addition.
Very good as an affordable stopover from and to Italy. It is a family home and the individual rooms are rented out. We booked the master bedroom with its own bathroom. Checking in was easy as host provided detailed and clear instructions. Host was attentive and provided late in the evening battery for tv remote.
On our way from Interlaken to Milan we stopped for one night at this place, it was just great. A quiet, cozy, clean place and a very nice host. There was even beer in the fridge for free! Great value for the price!
Everything. We had a really lovely stay, it really felt like an oasis in the middle of the desert. Leandro, the host, was incredibly kind, super friendly, welcoming. He really made as feel like home.
the bed was super comfortable and the neighborhood was super quiet, there is a small waterfall nearby and you can hear the sound during your sleep, it was just lovely. the place was spotless and had everything we might have needed, even drinks! (by the way thank you so much for the drinks and coffee!)
The location is great if you want to spend quiet time and be just a few minutes driving from beautiful cities as Bellinzona for example. The host was very pleasant and ready to help.
Overall it was a great stay, I recommend.
