It is a very nice house in a quiet neighbourhood. I had a private room with access to a shared bathroom, kitchen and livingroom. It is close to York University, which is where I was going. There are a couple of malls a few block away and there is a bus stop just across the street. It is a nice accommodation at a reasonable price considering I booked a few weeks before arriving to Toronto.

I liked that the instructions going to the property were clear and with pictures. We didn’t have a hard time locating and entering the property. Place is quiet, near the bus stop, located midtown. I had great communication with the owner as well thru the app. They were prompt, kind, respectful, reasonable, and accommodating. The price is reasonable as well. Would definitely book the place again.

The loveliest hostess in the world! This is a great location and even though it's right on Woodbine, it's DEAD QUIET in the apartment, I was in the first floor flat--had a full kitchen. It has its own bathroom but it's outside the flat. Not an issue, the home is so well built there are no creaky stairs to get down to it. You won't wake anyone! There are other rooms that have bathroom in the room itself.
The room was modern, beautiful, and spacious, and the bed was really comfy. The location is amazing, in a quiet neighborhood, only 10-15 minutes away from the city center and so easy to access. Our hostess Dana was amazing, she offered insights on sightseeing in Toronto, and she was so kind and helpful. I would love to stay here again.
Felipe is a great host - very flexible. His dogs are adorable! Room was very small, but I haven’t stayed too much at home, so it wasn’t a problem for me. Place is very clean and pretty. Great location - calm and safe!

We loved staying in this old Mansion Guest House located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, close to the city centre and to the metro. Elsie has been responsive and let us check-in earlier which was great. We will surely recommend it.
Very spacious and clean property, in a walking distance from the very central parts of downtown. Very quiet and comfortable for a good night’s sleep. We had everything we needed in the flat, a coffee machine with some snacks provided, and enough appliances to prepare our meals. Gaby has been a great host and the communication was quick and efficient. Price is also unbeatable for the area. I fully recommend.
It was acceptably clean and quiet for a very affordable price. Overall, we were happy enough with a place to spend the night while in Toronto. We are a couple and need a double room with private bathroom, so hostels and guest houses aren't our thing. This was one of the few cheap choices that fit our needs in the area we needed to be.
Great location near to the city centre, but it was calm and quiet. Great price/value ratio. The studio was clean, tidy and cozy. Andrew was very friendly and helpful, really great host!
