A Warm welcome from Vindhya & she always asked if there was anything we needed. Good sized breakfasts to keep us going during the day. Decent sized room / bathroom, stocked with everything we needed. Nicely situated in a quiet area within walking distance of attractions both North & South & a short walk to the Wego bus stop if walking isn't your thing. A great host & we enjoyed our stay there.
Fabulous villa. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Great location - quiet, residential area, but only a 15 minute walk to Niagara Falls. Although it is a B&B, we opted out of having breakfast provided. Alice kindly leant us crockery and cutlery so that we could do our own thing. A fridge, microwave and kettle were already provided.
Alice was very friendly and an efficient, hospital hostess. We can thoroughly recommend staying at Susan's Villa.
The property was very clean great location and super comfortable. Sunny our host was very friendly, courteous and very easy to talk to. The breakfast in the morning was delicious we will definitely stay at the bed and breakfast again in the future. Way to go sunny and thank you for a great stay
The stay was perfect. The B&B is very cosy, quiet, and charming. The owner was very lovely and breakfast made just for us was huge and delicious.
Walking distance to the city center and 10 min walk from train station
The space was so beautiful, charming, clean and the hosts were so attentive. The care and attention they put into hosting, maintaining there property and care they have for their guests is evident. We had to wake up really early for a wedding, much earlier than scheduled breakfast time, and Jon ensured he was awake to greet us in the morning with coffee cake, fresh fruit and hot coffee. I would definitely recommend and go back again.
Great location, charming Victorian house, quiet, very clean and our host Lee was delightful! Breakfast was plentiful and excellent! Would definitely recommend this little jewel right off the Niagara Parkway.
