There was nothing left of breakfast by the time we got to it, but that was our fault as we are late risers. The fact that there was breakfast even offered is a bonus in my opinion.
Location is central, but then nothing is very far away from anything in Gold River. Rooms were quiet, which given the location above the main road, was a plus.
Good tasting water and lots of water pressure for showers.
Breakfast room was well set up. Lots of room with tables so that you could also use it to have your dinner (you could bring in things to heat in microwave). Nicely decorated. Quiet. Would stay there again.

Ton of parking
The rooms were clean and quiet. The land lady was very friendly. However, the breakfast was TERRIBLE. We came down to find virtually ALL the food had been eaten by the road crew who had left earlier that morning, One lonely bagel for us both, no jam and no coffee and no milk. In reality it was a room WITHOUT breakfast. I'd stay again if I could be sure I'd get breakfast.
