There was a very nice simple breakfast of toast, fruit, yogurt, granola and coffee or tea provided. The property is quiet, with excellent views and a short drive to downtown Duncan. Dave the host is great and can help you with anything you might need.
Tim’s attached to home guesthouse is top notch! Everything in this guest house is new including the appliances….. Tim made us feel welcome and the added touches he provided made our stay 5 stars! You’ll have to check them out for yourself if you decide to stay in Duncan!
The Host was very helpful. The townhouse was clean, bright and spacious. Location couldn't have been better for us. It was all on one level, so no stairs once you got up the 2 steps to the front door. It was back off the street and quite quiet. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great.
Great room in property in good location with beautiful garden. Excellent breakfasts, which we enjoyed while sitting out on the patio.

This is a great place to stop overnite when cycling the Rotary Route from Swartz Bay to Nanaimo. Very clean, quiet, comfortable accommodation with an excellent breakfast provided by a great host.
All parts of our stay were excellent. The location was quiet with a beautiful view of the marina. The premises had a well kept yard for guest use. The rooms, including the bathroom, were tasteful in design and well kept. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of items for each day we stayed. There had been an issue on one occasion, which the host took care of immediately, to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend this guesthouse for anyone looking for a relaxing, tasteful vacation.
