Fantastic two bedroom guest house on a quiet street in a convenient location. It is about 6 mins from bus stops or 15 mins from the train station. There are plenty of ubereats options around. It has pretty much everything you need from washing machine and dryer to dishwasher. In addition, the host is super helpful and accommodating. We have stayed here twice and about 8 days in total and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for something more like a home instead of a typical hotel, this is a great choice.

I liked that the property is located in a nice suburban neighborhood with clean streets that feels secure and is adequately lit at night. The property itself evokes a sense of security and as it is aptly named, presents a warm environment inside, equipped with every essential element for a comfortable stay. My room with an en suite bathroom was clean and lovely, with a very comfortable king bed and plenty, well thought out conveniences all around. The kitchen - very clean and sufficiently equipped - is a separate room, which I appreciate, and you have access to the shaded patio area from here. Outside, you can also access markets, shops, restaurants ATMs and parks in the area just by walking.

It was a great location, very quiet but super close to transit. The house was clean and comfortable, they added a fan due to the hot weather and had extra blankets in the room if it was cold. Very safe place with a kind family. I really enjoyed my stay and will be coming back!

The location is great. Nicely treed a quiet residential area. The host was friendly and the house is kept spotless. It is on a bus route so you're less than a block to hop on a bus that takes you to the Vancouver SkyTrain stations which connects you to all of metro Vancouver.
The place was clean the hosts were incredibly kind and responsive and the unit included everything we could have asked for or expected. The kitchen set up was very complete which made it easy to make breakfast and the odd meal. The beds were sufficiently comfortable and the area is super quiet which made for great sleeping with the window open on summer nights.
Location was great. A fifteen minute walk from the train station through a nice clean and safe neighborhood. Train to centre of town about 25 minutes. House is immaculate, hosts were very friendly and always available for friendly chat and advice. Coffee provided was great, especially for a coffee bean person. Room was a good size with a comfortable bed and nice and quiet. Bathroom clean and modern. Short walk to some restaurants and grocery store.
