It’s on the quiet end of the beach town. Near to the local supermarket, has more restaurant choices. Bonus point you get to look around the quiet neighbourhood. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Lovely location, walking distance from the beach. The building was immersed in the jungle, very serene. The apartment had all necessary amenities, great coffee, was also very clean. The staff was pleasant, helpful and attentive. Breakfast (at extra charge) consisted of fresh fruit, bread and egg dishes (prepared to requested style).
This room was perfect for my partner and I. We really enjoyed taking the Jacuzzi in the evenings. Walking to the beach near by. And driving to other near by locations. Very quiet and private. Very intimate setting.
5 stars hostel, with an amazing leaving room, with privacy in our beds, no kitchen but with restaurant with really low prices. But the best in this hostel is the Staff, specially Jonas the manager and Mario

The best choice if you're staying in São Sebastião
The house is very charming and tastefully decorated. However the maintenance status is rather poor; when using the sink in the householdroom the water came out of the wall where the washing machine is connected. During heavy rains the roof in the kitchen was leaking and dripping onto the fridge, the terrace doors could not be openenddiskussion and despite messages to the lender, no reaction or help. The whole communication with the lender was in satisfactory as it only happened with significant delay
Great location overlooking water and island. Close to the old town and ferry. We had a sea view room and found it quiet at night. Good breakfast with freshly cooked eggs. Nice pool. Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. One of the owners speaks English and was very helpful.
