The best breakfast on our tour. We liked sitting in the covered outdoor space next to our room. The best of all was that the house is next to the spot where it is easy and pleasant to bathe in the natural pool of the river. A sort of beach. The river also provides soom coolness to the air. We didn't use the a/c. The room is of a fair size and the bathroom is good. Internet works well.

The staff were very polite. The pool and guest areas were very clean. A 40 minute walk into town, which is actually good because you avoid the noise from city centre bars.
The location is perfect in the city centre close to all attractions especially "Rua do Lazer". THe staff is amazing especially Kelly. Breakfast is amazing and the view from there is magnificent. Facilities are new and good dimensions. Beds are so comfortable and there is air conditioning. I do recommend this place.

PROPERTY IS IN A GREAT LOCATION, PROPERTY IS VERY QUIET, NICE KITCHEN AND TV LOUNGE. THE OWNER IS VERY HELPFUL WITH LOCAL PLACE TO EAT AND DRINK ALSO SHE HAS LOTS OF INFO ON TOURIST SPOTS TO VISIT.
Breakfast was good. Large room. Large gardens with plenty of places to chill out. Great pool. Rooms were nice and large and bed was very comfy. They put afternoon tea on with coffee and biscuits everyday which was a lovely touch. Great location and very quiet.
