The person (Davey?) who ran the hostel was very helpful and kind. The location was good, only five minutes walk to the centre. There was a nice sitting room upstairs which I didn’t discover until the second day plus a larger bathroom.

Family-run Pousada near the city center. The room was a decent size. The extra single bed served as a spot for us to place our luggage. The host was kind and welcoming. They provided hot water for tea and coffee in the mornings. Parking was great, especially being in Gramado. We could park and walk to any place in the city center.
I don't even know what to say about this hotel, it is just something else, great location, not too close or too far from the city center, very good breakfast, and the staff is extremely polite and helpful, they deserve a 10 just for the staff alone.
Great place for a a family holiday, it entertained from 3 to 60y/o and left us all wanting more.

Loved this place. So central but the street it sits on is nice and quiet. The balcony was so nice to sit out and have a drink. Kitchen has everything you would need. The apartment is really nicely decorated and has a great vibe. The hosts were great with communication and fully accommodated our later-than-anticipated check-in due to car issues. We only wished we could have stayed longer.
It’s location is perfect, near the city center but in a quieter area. The host is super friendly, helpful, and makes this property exceptional. We would definitely stay again

Very well located, close to downtown (walking distance) and yet a very quiet place. Supermarket around the corner and very good ammenities on the building. Parking on site, hosts very accessible and kind, apartment is comfortable, nice beds and shower, wifi available, well equiped kitchen.
