I stayed here with my family for a visit to Iguaçu Falls in December 2024. We absolutely loved the place. We stayed in a nicely decorated, spacious room with a large and very clean bathroom. We had two double beds with ample space for our infant to sleep in as well. The place also has a nice pool and a garden area. It was very quiet, with we liked because it allowed the baby to sleep easily. Overall the best part about Pequeno Paraíso has to be the family running it though. The wife handles bookings and supported us via WhatsApp. The husband gave us some very helpful tips on getting around the city and hopping over to Paraguay. The father/father in law however deserves a special mention. We felt like he was the good soul of the house - very friendly, well traveled, always in a good mood. Our son absolutely adored him. If we come back to Foz, we will definitely try to book here again! Thanks for having us. :)

The place is quite big and perfect to relax with a couch and a big bed. It is in a quieter neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped and the host Alexandra is very friendly. I was even able to do laundry. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff and who I assume is the owner - her daughter is lovely too. Hammocks by pool is a nice area to chill in and location was close to a big mall which was good to good and shopping. They were also very accommodating of my early check out.

Excellent communication before and during stay. A lovely, modern house. Pretty chilly weather but the host made sure we had a heater and extra blankets. She even helped us out by printing some paperwork for us!

The property was just as the pictures stated. It was clean and check-in was very easy. Hosts were amazing, very easy to talk to and responsive.
We are very grateful to them as we were running very late to the airport, after an uber driver left us stranded, and they helped us get to the airport on time.

Refugio is the right name for this hideout very close to the city center. Ole is an amazing host, absolutely fluent in English, very knowledgeable regarding excursions, restaurants, ..., and was extremly helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of fresh fruit, including the coffee, what sometimes is a nightmare in Brazil . The garden with the pool is calm, cozy, very green, and offers relaxation.

Fantastic hostel! Great location for catching buses to both the Brazilian falls and the Argentinian border, only a £2 Uber ride from the bus station.
The hostel itself is really cool, great communal areas and a really nice pool and it was easy to meet people. The free caipirinha was a nice touch and the bar was cheap!
Close to a really good supermarket with money exchange and ATMs too and a few nice restaurants.
