It's a lovely pousada with a very nice view. The staff goes out of their way to help you. They are flexible with the hours of breakfast and with afternoon tea. They build fires for you in the evening. They make suggestions of things to do in Campos do Jordão, places to eat. They are all very friendly. It would be worth going back just for their kindness. The breakfast is good, though somewhat limited for vegans (although there is different fruit and bread for vegans). There is plenty of hot water when you shower. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Nice common space for guests.

The pousada is super charming and the theme of a Galician villa is quite nice. We were welcomed by a lovely staff. The place has a very relaxed vibe. We loved the showers, the firm bed and nice touches such as freshly-made breakfast and tea time.
Location is one of the best you can sak for, near the city centre attractions but not so close you will get the noise and madness. Staff was always cordial and prestative. Good value for your money and the poll was a bonus point if you want relax and you can let your car parked inside and go walk around.

Great host and great place to stay. It’s a little far from Capivary (where all the main restaurants and bars are at) but if you have a car you will have no problem with this. The rooms are great and Elizabete really thinks in every single detail. Also, the breakfast is really good. Thank you so much, I would definitely recommend!
