Very centrally located and yet super close to the paved path leading to my favourite beach in Arraial, Praia do Forno, its location is certainly what I liked the most. I stayed in the female dorm which was kept tidy all the time. Cleanliness was also okay. A big thank you to the staff for having answered all my questions ;)

Special house in the middle of the city, you can do anything by foot and the beaches are really close. The staff is just wonderful: Telma is an amazing host and the 2 dogs are simply charming. You will fall in love with them. The coffe break is superb and the garden is an extra point to the overall score.

I extended my stay here. Such a great hostel. So friendly. I really enjoyed my time here. Very clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. Selma made me feel very welcome. I cannot recommend this hostel enough.
The place is very cozy, with a nice balcony with hammock, perfect size for a couple, good shower, great location, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is very well equipped. Paulo goes beyond with the attention and availability, he even grilled some delicious fish for us on our last night.
Spent five days there. Very pleasant hostel, in a quiet neighborhood. I really liked the common areas, both indoor and outdoors. The team of volunteers was awesome. Excellent breakfast. Bus stop to/from the bus station or Cabo Frio is very close.
This was a great back packers hostel in a great location. The staff were so friendly and super helpful with advice etc. The hostel was very clean with great facilities.
